Shipping Policy

Order Cancellation

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel it, as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you've selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped or refunded if the order is lost in transit.

If you ordered using Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.

Shipping to Over 200 Countries

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

Lost / Missing Packages

Glossence™ is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.

If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order and reship it at no charge.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping Time

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Max delivery time – 30 business days.

This doesn’t include our 1-day processing time.

Important Holiday Season Update

Due to high demand and increased shipping volumes during the holiday season, delivery times may take an additional 5–7 business days depending on your location. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure they arrive on time.

Weekend Processing

Please note that orders placed on weekends will be processed starting the next business day, which may add 1–2 days to the estimated shipping time.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Sometimes, for free shipping options, tracking may not be available.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available at the Moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2–5 business days for tracking information to update in the system.

If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
